Australian Association of Women Judges debate in Brisbane- April

There will be a debate in Brisbane on 17 April about  international commercial surrogacy, in which the key speaker will be the Chief Justice of the Family Court, Diana Bryant.

Her Honour will be delivering a speech, after which there will be a panel discussion about the implications of commercial surrogacy, including international commercial surrogacy. The panellists will be:

Professor Schloenhardt,  from the University of Queensland’s TC Beirne School of Law, has written and spoken at length about people trafficking.
