Case: Father to have someone present when feeding alligators

In Lonsdale and Lonsdale, the father worked at a wildlife park.It was his expectation that about once every 4 weeks he would take the 5 year old son with him to work where amonsgt other things the father would go and feed the alligators in their pen.

The court held that until the son turned 10 the father would need a person (other than an employee of the park), such as his mother or his girlfriend, supervising the son at the wildlife park, so as to ensure that the son was safe.
