Legal Aid NSW review of domestic violence services

Legal Aid NSW is calling for submissions regarding the provision of their services to people in domestic violence matters, for the purpose of developing an integrated, organisation-wide service delivery strategy to improve responses to domestic violence. The Terms of Reference are to review:
– Current Legal Aid NSW services to people who have been or are in domestic violence situations: their quality, consistency and accessibility throughout NSW
– Legal Aid NSW’s relationships with key domestic violence service delivery partners (both internal and external)
– Legal Aid NSW’s role in improving access to justice for people who have been or are in domestic violence situations through its participation in research, policy and justice system service delivery initiatives.
