AIC Domestic homicide conference

The Australian Institute of Criminology is hosting an international conference on the Gold Coast in about a month on domestic homicide.
The conference, from 3-5 December, has speakers from around the world:
- US
- UK
- West Indies
- Canada
- Japan
- Netherlands
- South Africa
- New Zealand
- Papua New Guinea
- and of course Australia
Topics to be covered include:
- child homicide
- domestic violence fatality review teams
- intimate partner homicides
- alcohol and gun related violence
- women who kill
- defence of provocation
