On 20 May 2022, Accredited Family Law Specialist and Page Provan Director Stephen Page presented a paper for the 25th Annual Family Law Conference Cape Town.
The paper centres around Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), focusing on surrogacy and the rights of the parties and the child.
The submission also sets out non-exhaustive examples of applicable human rights and relevant, persuasive and informative human rights standards that should be considered concerning surrogacy.
