Family Dispute Resolution training announced

On that date parties will not be able to commence legal proceedings about their children, except in certain emergencies, without first having attended a Family Relationship Centre or other family dispute resolution practitioner and having a certificate from that center or practitioner, including where domestic violence is an issue, an exemption from attending due to family violence.
