Following the death of the 4 year old girl- criticism of the media

Jon Faine on the ABC’s World Today program has criticised the media in its reports about the death of the 4 year old girl, apparently because much of the coverage identifying the names of the child and her father is in breach of section 121 of the Family Law Act, the secrecy provision.

In the story, the ABC has also recieved comments from the former Chief Justice of the Family Court, Alastair Nicholson, and the current Deputy Chief Justice of the Family Court, Justice John Faulks.
