New relocation case

In Bond and Cadogan (No 2), the Federal Magistrates Court allowed the mother to relocate with the child from a small town in central west Queensland to Toowoomba. One of the factors the court took into account in allowing the relocation was that when the parties moved to the town the father had a guaranteed transfer out.
