Couple fail in court for extra baby

Last year, I posted about a lesbian couple who sued a Canberra specialist because instead of one egg being fertilised, two were fertilised, resulting in two babies not one. Now it appears that their claim in the ACT Supreme Court has failed, and they have to pay the doctor’s costs.
