Semple: Merge the courts

The review into the Family and Federal Magistrates Courts by former Attorney-General’s Department bureaucrat Des Semple is recommending a merger of the two courts, according to the ABC. The ABC had on its ticker in its breakfast show this morning that the review recommended a merger.
